Please enter the studio quietly. If you need to take a call, please step outside.
Please remove your shoes before entering the studio space.
Please use a quiet voice while in the studio, as there may be a massage in progress.
If you use a YogaFix mat, please use wipes to clean the mat after class.
Please bring your own water and towel to class.
No food, gum or candy in the studio.
And most importantly, please enjoy yourself to the fullest!
