Each night’s dreams hold the secret to a richer understanding of yourself and provide an endless source of creative inspiration. Leslie C. Halpern, MLS, is the author of three non-fiction books and more than 3,000 newspaper and magazine articles about the arts and entertainment industry. She has kept a dream diary since she was 13 years old and has used her dreams to inspire poetry, short stories, and paintings. Leslie is the grand prize winner of the 1997 Mentor Award, a national essay contest about personal mentoring experiences. Balances help us focus without distraction, help retain memory and bring our breath to a calm state as we focus on staying in place to maintain a peaceful, meditative balancing pose. Work through poses like Tree, Eagle, King Dancer and many more!
