Through a private or semi-private yoga practice you will be able to focus on the poses, the breath and the meditation at the end of your session. Yoga is not used as a religious practice, but to guide you towards bringing peace back into your mind and body.

I will guide your mind through imagery with words and music that can help you focus on the serenity and beauty that is the world around us. You will come out of your session feeling completely relaxed and refreshed, ready to take on any challenge life may throw your way.
Aromatherapy is a fun way to help calm the nervous system or any other ailment through the use of essential oils. The essential oils are applied to areas of the body where there are pressure and energy points allowing the body to absorb the oils. All oils are completely natural and extracted from plants, flowers and herbs. I have different oils for different needs that can be applied directly to the skin to help relieve anxieties and pain.
